How do I know your content is
"legal"?
If needed, we can supply you with
the appropriate documentation to meet sec 18 U.S.C.
2257. We ensure you that we check all model releases
and identifications, before the release of any
content.
How does the 7 Day Free trial work?
Simple! We hook up the feeds to
your referring URLs to give your members access to
our feeds and let them try them out for 7 days for
free! During these 7 days, we'll send you your first
invoice for the services, and this invoice is due
and payable upon reciept. Subsequent to this initial
invoice, all invoices will be sent out on 15th of
every month and each invoice is due and payable by
the last day in that invoiced month.
How do I set up an account to lease your feeds
and galleries?
Choose an induvidual item or
package that you want and then contact any of our
sales team via e-mail or phone.
How long does it take to get the linking url's?
Under normal circumstances
(Monday thru Friday), we should be able to get your
links to you within minutes, provided that we
receive all of your correct information and your
main members area referring url. You will then have
3 business days to submit your first payment.
How much will I have to pay for bandwidth each
month?
Nothing. Our prices include all
bandwidth charges.
I've noticed that your prices are based upon
number of members. What happens if I go over the
member limit?
We will do our best to monitor
your traffic to each feed. If we see an irregularity
with your traffic to the feeds, we will contact you
to let you know. If we see that you are exceeding
your limit on a regular basis, we will contact you
to change your membership status.
Can I purchase the videos on CD like Fresh Photos
content?
No. The products are streamed
from our extremely fast servers. There are no
upsales or banners, so the streams will have that
"exclusive feel" to them.
I want our
site to look "exclusive". Can
we customize the video interface, name,
and layout inside our members area?
Not yet, But we plan to have
"customizable" interfaces available in the near
future. Check back soon!
I have more than one pay site, do you offer
multi-site discounts?
The ability to offer multiple URL
discounts depends on so many different factors that
it is almost impossible to answer with a simple yes
or no. Please contact one of our sales
representatives and together with you, they will
review your situation and do everything possible to
reach an amicable solution.
Are there any banners or up-sales on the video
feed interfaces?
No. None of our feeds have
up-sales or banners.
I have niche related sites, and I only want
certain feeds. Can I get a "custom" package designed
to fit my needs?
Absolutely. You may purchase just
one feed or all of the feeds. You are in control. Of
course you can save money by purchasing a package of
content.
Our
members area is done in frames. Will your
videos still work?
Yes.
Will you be releasing new
videos on a regular basis?
We will add new feeds
every week! We are shooting new content
daily, so you will get fresh new feeds
at no additional charge. (unless your
membership increases to the next level;-))
What
type of streaming do you provide? Do they
require software downloads?
All of our video content is
streamed via Windows media player and Java. We
stream at 56k and 150k, but plan to add a 300k for
broadband in the near future. |
